The Anako Memorial Scholarship
The Anako Memorial Scholarship is an annual scholarship program established by Connecticut Korean Presbyterian Church to honor the memory of Ana Kim, a devoted member of our congregation. This scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to deserving students pursuing higher education.
To be eligible for the Anako Memorial Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a member of Connecticut Korean Presbyterian Church
- High school senior or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Must demonstrate active involvement in community service
- Submit a completed application form along with all required documents
How to Apply
Applicants interested in the Anako Memorial Scholarship can download the application form from our website or obtain a copy from the church office. The application package must include:
- Completed scholarship application form with all personal details
- Transcripts or academic records
- Two letters of recommendation (one from a teacher or academic advisor and one from a community leader)
